Singing Lessons in Canberra

I specialise in teaching beginner singers from age 12 up, aspiring musical theatre performers and actors, and more experienced performers looking to refine what they already have.

I have worked with professional and non-professional singers alike — vocalists in rock and pop bands, people preparing to join a choir, and adults who have simply always wanted to sing and never had the chance.

What you will work on

• Breath, support and vocal technique that lasts a whole performance
• Harmonising and finding your part by ear
• Repertoire chosen around what you actually want to sing
• Performance confidence — including singing in front of other people
• Speech and clarity for auditions, presenting and everyday communication

Most importantly, the goal is to have fun with your voice. I love helping people discover their own sound. With the right technique, confidence and a bit of dedication, I believe anyone can learn to sing.

Where and how

Lessons run in person in Fisher, Canberra ACT, or online by video. Choose 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Come along and try a single lesson — if you enjoy it, you are welcome to move onto a package.
